Hours of Operation

We are open Sunday through Monday (closed Saturdays), generally between 9am-6:30pm. Some time slots are reserved long-term by regular clients, so inquire for availability. Monday-Thursday movement sessions cannot be held between 12:30-2:30pm. Manual and neuro sessions are generally all held after noon during the week, but this varies. All sessions are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. If no appointment is made, no one will be there to meet you.

Locations

Thrive operates out of two different locations, which are just a few blocks away from each other. For personal training and most movement therapy services, we are hosted Body Place, a personal training studio. All rehab and manual therapy is carried out in my private treatment room in the Alpha Environmental building. Both can be tricky to find the first time so please refer to the maps below and contact me directly by phone if you have difficulty finding us!

Our Movement Facility:

9610 SW Sunshine Ct, Ste. 400 Beaverton, OR 97005
Located in the back of a business park, we are inside Body Place (There is no outside signage for our business). It’s right next to the National Personal Training Institute.
